The AAP Compliance Program

AAP for Women and Minorities, prepared for each “AAP Establishment” location, and containing all the narrative statements, reports and analyses currently required by the EO and the corresponding implementing regluations per 41 CFR 60-2.

AAP for Individuals with Disabilities, containing all required narrative statements and reports (the data collection report, Workforce Utilization report, Assessment and Evaluation of Recruitment Efforts report) currently required by the statute and the corresponding implementing regulations per 41 CFR 60-741.

AAP for Protected Veterans, containing all required narrative statements and reports (data collection report, Hiring Benchmark report, Assesment and Evaluation of Recruitment Efforts report) currently required by the statute and the corresponding regulations per 41 CFR 60-300​.
