Additional Services

AAP Mid-Year Update

We can develop reports for the 6-month period following the AAP effective date, looking at the progress toward AAP goals for Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and Protected Veterans, and Employment Selection Disparity Analyses, by Job Group, for Minorities and Women, and for Minority Groups.

State AAP Reporting Requirements

Depending on whether you are doing business with a state, in a state, or have remote employees in a state, you may be subject to the state's Affirmative Action Plan or other employment data reporting requirements. A state AAP may have data reporting requirements or data reporting formats that are different from the OFCCP AAP requirements. State reporting requirements for pay information also are very different from state to state. We can assist you in determining what requirements you are subject to, and file the appropriate reports in a timely manner.

EEO/AAP Mangement Training and Consulting

To assist federal contractors with their unique training requirements, we offer customized, practical EEO and AAP training for Managers, Human Resources Professionals, and others, who have Affirmative Action Program responsibilities.

We offer customized, in-house briefings and management training on EEO matters, Harassment prevention, AAP implementation and compliance, and interview and selection practices, as examples.  These in-house sessions are generally company-specific and can be confidential.

We also offer recruitment training sessions for Recruiters, to review applicant tracking and monitoring obligations, and understand how the AAP requirements may specifically apply to their practices.

Pay Equity Analysis

The purpose of our Compensation Analysis Projects has been to address the standard of equal pay for employees performing the same or substantially similar work, or who are similarly situated. Many organizations take a proactive approach in conducting pay equity analysis to understand their pay systems and manage the results of salary decisions by supervisors and managers.

  • Analyses are conducted based on employer-identified employee groupings and employer data on factors that influence pay.
  • Analyses are conducted separately for different types of pay.
  • Analyses are conducted in different phases to define and refine the focus areas requiring additional detailed review.
  • Various statistical methodologies are utilized in the analyses, as appropriate for the type and size of the employee group and the type of pay.

These projects are custom designed based on the individual client’s needs.  Contact us for more details and pricing information.
